What is Solano-Napa Chapter, CSEA?
Solano-Napa is the newest chapter in the California Society of Enrolled Agents and is also affiliated with the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Enrolled Agents are the only nationally licensed tax professionals. Its members offer the finest in taxpayer representation in the Solano-Napa area.
The Chapter holds dinner meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month, which includes speakers on various subjects of interest to the Tax Professional. In February and March a Tax Panel is held, which brings together our members and a representative of the IRS to ask and answer some of the toughest tax and procedural questions.
During the months of August, September and October, half day mini seminars are held. The chapter also has an active Lacerte Users Group, which meets in January.
The second Tuesday of each month is the Chapter Breakfast in Fairfield. It is an informal gathering for breakfast with a facilitator and discussion topic.
The third Thursday of each month is the Napa Lunch. It is held at the Elks Club with a facilitator and discussion topic following the lunch.
The Chapter publishes a monthly newsletter to help keep members informed of activities, events and tax changes. This is distributed via email to all members. Members are notified by email when the newsletter is posted on the website.
